So today is the last day of the cleanse and I feel fantastic. More so because I know I can eat all kinds of goodies starting tomorrow. I would say today has been the easiest day. I have barely felt hungry. I had my third juice of the day at 2:30pm, which while still in the window of 1:00-3:00pm, but I could have waited another hour. I would say the reason for it being so easy is that I think everything I am consuming is delicious. if you don't like half of these items you are going to be constantly wishing for your own food. I have no aversions to any of the flavors which I think is key in doing this cleanse in stride and not feeling miserable. 

Third day in and I was expecting to feel desperate to eat something more substantial, but you know what? I'm good. I mean I am hungry, but nothing my last juice won't cure. I know I have lost some weight, but my face somehow managed to get drier. Its clear of blemishes and under the skin bumps, but it is incredibly dry. Maybe I just need to lower the heat in this house. Or maybe move to Florida.

What is the key to making it through an afternoon/evening void of solid food? Take a nap! I successfully passed by the two hour gap between a delicious carrot/ginger soup and our last juice of the day by taking a power nap. Not sure what I need this power for as I plan to go to bed by 9:00pm, but maybe I needed it to finish this post.
